New concrete and masonry must be allowed to cure for minimum of 28 days. Substrate to be coated must be sound, clean and free from any contamination . Total enclosed shot blasting or scarifying g should be employed followed by thorough vacuuming. All application s must be carried out in accordance with manufacturers 'written instructions.

Add Hardener B to the Base A container. Mix with slow speed drill and helical spinner head for 2 minutes. Transfer to a forced action mixer e.g. a Crete angle and mix in Filler C until uniform. Pack component s are pre-weighed for optimum performance. Never split or proportion packs.

Immediately after mixing, spread the screed onto the primed floor, (while still tacky) slightly thicker than the required thickness, preferably using a sledge or wooden float. Compact and finish to the required thickness using a steel blade trowel or power float.

For a smooth, full gloss finish apply 1 topping of DURAFLOR SL. For a satin finish EPOCOTE 106 HB with matting agent. For very chemical resistance , use DURAPOL 500 Polyurethane sealer.

Coving can be formed with DURAFLOR EM conjunction with UNIPRIME 134 EM on vertical surfaces.

Excellent resistance to sugars and most acids (organic & inorganic). Performance against more common chemicals:-

Product contain epoxy resins and amines. Do not take internally. May irritate eyes and skin. Always use with suitable protective gears. Close container tightly after use.
